She is a tireless champion of the arts and works every day to enrich the lives of children. We applaud her efforts and are so grateful that she was on board for this project. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate is someone who is extremely organized; cares about the little details; can think macro as well as micro; superior in problem solving and understand what it takes to get the job done. Ideally, this person is passionate about fashion and design, culturally curious and a thinker.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day details for projects, which will include interface with Client support teams

• Coordinate pre and post production

• Manage and drive timelines to ensure project profitability

• Occasionally write creative briefs and proposals

• Research for projects and being on the pulse of the competitive landscape

• Write and present project budgets and timelines to supervisors

• Preparation for meetings

• Work collaboratively with Creative staff

• Maintain and advocates agency process, objectives, and flow

• Light support of office manager

• Participate in new business development efforts

• Maintain agency blog, updating Facebook and Twitter

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in design or marketing agency

• Proven track record in building and managing project timelines

• Knowledge of process for media

• Knowledge of TV and print production

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong interest in digital/social media platforms
